Faye Hall

Originally assuming realism was the only way to paint, Faye Hall rediscovered her love of painting in oil and acrylic, which was set aside during the 25 years of her advertising design career. Following early widowhood, a new marriage and change in career to working for singer/songwriter Steve Bell, Faye’s artistic repertoire of portraits has morphed into abstract and multi-media, charged with energy, passion and bright colour. Faye’s work is inspired by music, poetry of Malcolm Guite (UK), her spiritual roots and stories of her life. Three books are available: The Biggest Family in the World (children’s book), Art begets Art (Faye’s art story) and Seven Whole Days (award winning book based on Malcolm Guite poetry).
